Patient Complaints Handler
We’re looking for a Patient Complaints Executive to join our fast-growing Operations team and take a leading role in delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll be acting as the escalation contact for complex cases and ensuring complaints are professionally resolved.

Customer Satisfaction
Maintain patient confidence, support commercial outcomes and manage complaints end-to-end, including investigation, resolution and follow-up.
Operational Support
Identify trends to support training, performance and operational processes.
Ensure Compliance
Align with company policies and regulatory standards, including FCA.
Investigate and Report
Produce daily/weekly reports on complaint status, risks and resolution timelines.

We're looking for
- 2+ years in complaints handling, client resolution or patient relations
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Strong customer advocacy and a commitment to excellent service
- Confident communicator and collaborator between teams
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. FCA)
